HELP UKRAINE
By joining our run you are displaying your strong support to the people of Ukraine - moms, children, athletes, and soldiers who are defending their country right now.
The run is free to join, but this is your chance to donate to our initiative in Ukraine, which helps Save Kids.
ABOUT THE RUN
START:
Registration starts at 8:30 am at the main Capitol entrance (from the Capitol Mall side).
PARTICIPANTS:
Runners Age: 8 +
REGISTER:
Everyone needs to Register. The registration is FREE but we encourage each participant to donate money to our trusted partner organizations to help bring relief to Ukraine.
DISTANCE:
We'll do three loops around the Capitol Park perimeter, which is approximately 3 miles
COMPLETION:
We hope to complete the run in about 1 hr (which should allow runners/walkers of all ages to do three loops). The total time for the event is about 3 hours, which includes Registration, Community/Coffee time, and Post Run Talk.

I'm Elina, the founder, and owner of Fitnello, a Personalized Fitness Studio in Rocklin California. My Ukrainian husband and I are raising two handsome Ukrainian boys (ages 8 and 11).
